Objectives

By implementing the project, we aim to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of participants through hands-on training in branding, financial management, and sustainable practices. We seek to provide artisans with exposure to markets and networking opportunities, enabling them to turn their crafts into viable businesses. Additionally, we intend to disseminate knowledge and results to promote replication in other communities, fostering local economic growth.

Activities

We will implement a series of activities, including Digital & Innovation Workshops focusing on integrating technology into craft processes, Entrepreneurship and Business Development Toolkit to develop essential business skills, and an International Artisan Fair to showcase participants' work and facilitate networking. These activities aim to enhance participants' skills, promote their crafts, and disseminate project results to broader audiences.

Impact

We expect to achieve enhanced digital and entrepreneurial skills among participants, increased market visibility for their crafts, and the establishment of sustainable business practices. The project will culminate in an International Artisan Fair, generating opportunities for collaboration and sales. Additionally, we aim to create a replicable model for community empowerment through craftsmanship, benefiting local economies and fostering cultural exchange.
