By implementing the "Junior Model United Nations" project, we aim to engage students in understanding climate change and global policies, empowering them with knowledge about international agreements like the Paris Agreement. We want to develop their negotiation and leadership skills through collaborative discussions. Ultimately, we hope to inspire local environmental action, fostering a sense of global responsibility and encouraging cross-border cooperation among young leaders.

We will start with a Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) to kick off the project, where partners will meet, set goals, and clarify roles. A second TPM(in the end) will focus on developing our sustainability, evaluation, and dissemination plans. We’ll also host a Learning, Teaching, and Training (LTT) event in a Model United Nations format to debate climate change solutions. Additionally, local activities like seminars, workshops, and area visits will engage students and communities directly.

We expect our "Junior Model United Nations" project to spark a deeper understanding of climate change among students, empowering them to take action in their communities. Participants will enhance their negotiation and leadership skills while building lasting friendships across cultures. We aim for increased local awareness and initiatives that promote sustainability. Ultimately, we want to inspire a new generation of climate champions ready to make a difference!
