Objectives

The project aims to improve the knowledge of 20 rural farmers from areas with natural constraints regarding milk processing technology, to provide new jobs for older age groups, to integrate the transnational cooperation. At the same time, the project aims to spark their interest on environmental practices. The key objectives include improving digital literacy for farmers from disadvantaged areas. All objectives generate strengthen international collaboration for long-term growth.

Activities

The project will implement several key activities, including theoretical and practical training in large-scale dairy processing for 20 farmers, a work visit program in Austria for hands-on experience, and the development of a masterclass for continuous professional development. We will also introduce digital tools to farmers from disadvantaged areas,environmental protection systems,and encourage cooperative integration. These activities will ensure sa good international collaboration.

Impact

The project is expected to result in the successful training of 20 dairy farmers, enabling them to progress to qualified levels of processing and digitization. These acquired skills will generate the formation of the broad target group of 700 active farmers, will improve the state of the local community by building new processing factories and implicitly new jobs. The local monetary circuit will be cyclical, and the resulting dairy products will be able to meet market demands.
