The project objectives are: Assess mental health needs of youth work professionals in Romania, Latvia, and Czech Republic. Develop training curriculum for 18 professionals to integrate mental health focus. Develop curriculum for 21 professionals to advocate for mental health in youth work. Enhance organizational capacity for supportive and secure working environments fostering wellbeing of professionals.
