▶Objectives
EM&M focuses on cybersecurity awareness for youth education impacting emotional intelligence EM&M key objectives are: A. on the one hand, raising awareness on the effects that new technologies have on youth, impacting their emotional intelligence, B. on the other hand, developing training to educate on preventive measures in order not to fall victim of cyberattacks resulting from lack of knowledge, skills or competences in relevance to the use of technology.
▶Activities
EM&M offers effective training & inclusive tools on cybersecurity and emotional intelligence in youth. Leading to the development of the main results will be a few activities: analysis of blended T&L solutions in youth education, measurement of young people’s awareness on how digital technologies are impacting their social intelligence, mind mapping an ‘action journey’, local seminars with youth, microlearning try-out sessions, audiovisual awareness raising campaign and working sessions.
▶Impact
Project main results will be available in 7 languages: EM&M manual for youth workers and stakeholders, Storytelling on emotional intelligence for young people and EM&M microlearning environment. Youth workers and educators equipped with innovative microlearning methodology on the topics of cybersecurity and emotional intelligence building for youth can take the role of ambassadors who not only educate, but support the youth in mindful decisions when online.
