▶Objectives
To achieve an improvement in supporting children of foreigners in both countries, in particular through the improvement of comprehensive training in the language centres of the organisations and later by disseminating know-how to the school and national level. To spread awareness and open a discussion regarding comprehensive support for children of foreigners in schools and school facilities in order to prepare the ground for legislative changes to ensure quality conditions for these children.
▶Activities
Expand the content of particular existing educations within the topic of comprehensive support. Create and implement a new online webinar of comprehensive support for children of foreigners. Hold regular meetings regarding the exchange of functional elements. Update the methodological material and adapt it to the Czech context. Carry out research on creation of a pupil portfolio that would summarize the process and results of comprehensive support during their existence in the education system.
▶Impact
It will introduce,verify and streamline the provision of comprehensive support for children of foreigners in the Bratislava Inclusive Language Centre and selected Bratislava schools (with elements of career guidance) and in the Regional Education Centre in the Pilsen Region (with elements of psychosocial support). It will improve support for children of foreigners in language education and will disseminate information and awareness of comprehensive support in schools and school facilities.
