▶Objectives
The aim of the project is to strengthen the competence framework of pedagogical and professional staff and other professionals in the topics of inclusion, relational bonding and the use of Montessori principles. The project will increase the knowledge and skills of the target groups, which will have a positive impact on the practice of their profession and the people they serve.
▶Activities
The main activities of the project are the implementation of the national conference Senses 2025, as well as the accredited educational programme Inclusion in Education. The project also includes networking activities, a short-term internship and a specific educational event implemented using both individual and group work methods.
▶Impact
We expect 170 conference participants to participate in the activities, with professional mentoring and consultation for others. We will capture the comprehensive experience of the project implementation and its outcomes in a methodological manual, which will be freely available to professionals and practitioners working in the educational environment.
