Collaboration:Work with other countries and organizations to tackle global environmental challenges. Environmental Monitoring and Protection: Contribute to the EU’s objectives by using technology to monitor and protect the environment. Gather data on local air pollution and air quality. Study and understand the local impacts of climate change. Highlight the significance of monitoring environmental conditions. Raise awareness about the importance of protecting the environment.

Activities

Installation of a sensor measuring the air quality in the area. Accessing the sensor's data network. Set up a system for students to log their air quality data over time. Conduct workshops on air pollution sources, types of pollutants, and their effects. Develop campaigns to educate the community about air quality issues.Write articles about the project and its findings for the project website.Visits to nature reservs , weather stations .Create art projects that raise awareness about air quality

Impact

Students will gain in-depth knowledge about air pollution sources, types of pollutants, and their health and environmental impacts. Hands-on experience with scientific equipment and data analysis tools. Improved problem-solving, critical thinking, and research skills. Integration of science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), and environmental education. Proficiency in using air quality monitoring devices and related software.Better English language skills .
