โ–ถObjectives

We aim to improve adult education by helping educators use AI tools in real-time environments. Our project will show how AI can make learning more engaging, interactive, and accessible. Educators will learn practical ways to use AI for tasks like synchronous transcription, facilitation, and managing questions. The project will also support learners with fewer opportunities, improving inclusion and accessibility in both online and face-to-face learning. Have a look: https://bit.ly/live_ai_live

โ–ถActivities

We will research existing AI tools and test them in 10 online and 5 face-to-face seminars. Educators will use these tools in real-time/synchronous settings. We will then collect feedback from educators and learners to evaluate the tools. Based on the results, we will develop methodological guidelines for integrating AI into synchronous teaching (online & on-site). Finally, we will share the results through workshops, conferences, and online platforms.

โ–ถImpact

We expect to equip educators with practical tools and guidelines for using AI in synchronous online and on-site teaching. This will make learning more interactive and inclusive, especially for learners with barriers. The project will also create multilingual resources in German, English, and French, ensuring the findings reach a wide audience across Europe. Ultimately, our project will drive innovation in adult education and promote the use of AI tools for better learning outcomes.
