▶Objectives
The project aims to strengthen NGO professionals’ capacity for innovation, enabling them to better address social and environmental challenges. Through a flexible digital training program, it fosters strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration, helping NGOs become more adaptive and impactful. By equipping them with tools to integrate innovation, InnovAction supports their long-term sustainability, digital transformation, and ability to engage in cross-sector partnerships.
▶Activities
The project will develop a six-week self-paced online training course and a Facilitator’s Handbook for long-term use. Key activities include researching and adapting training tools, co-designing content with experts, testing and refining through pilots, and launching the digital platform. The course will be delivered to NGO professionals, promoted through networks and Erasmus+ platforms, and integrated into NGO learning paths to ensure long-term adoption.
▶Impact
The project will establish a structured and widely accessible training program that enables NGOs to strengthen their innovation skills. Expected outcomes include a freely available 6-week online course enhancing strategic thinking, a Facilitator’s Handbook for independent use, and the participation of at least 30 NGO professionals as learners for applying innovation strategies. It will foster cross-sector collaboration and ensure long-term impact through Caritas and WWF networks.
