- Use of the ISATCOVE indicators to adapt our offerings even better to the needs of the labor market. - Focus on the validation of skills as a future topic of the “Union of Skills”. - Implementation of a “self-assessment” based on the ISATCOVE indicators. - Development of a catalog of measures - Creation of a universal guideline and best practice approaches for organizations for self-analysis - Identification of further international partners and networking
▶Activities
The following activities are planned as part of the 18-month project: - Activity 1: Involvement of external and internal stakeholders - Activity 2: Self-assessment based on the CoVE criteria and development of concrete measures - Activity 3: Development of a concrete, universally applicable guideline - Activity 4: Dissemination, quality management and performance measurement
▶Impact
- Self-assessment using the ISATCOVE indicators gives BFI and Libereaux a clear picture of the dimensions already in place and those still to be developed in order to meet excellence criteria. - Guidance and best practice approaches for other organizations with similar content and objectives - Identification of potential partnerships and collaborations for further projects, exchange opportunities - Basis for the establishment of a CoVE with institutions from several EU countries
