Activities

The ARISE project will develop an AI-powered Accessibility & Career Guidance Toolkit alongside a pedagogical framework, educational materials, and a counselor's manual. Activities include testing AI-driven career guidance tools, conducting peer reviews, and organizing a Train-the-Trainer event. Dissemination efforts will ensure the toolkit’s adoption by VET institutions, career counselors, and NGOs, fostering long-term impact on inclusive career guidance.

Impact

The project will enhance career accessibility for individuals with disabilities through an AI-powered Career Guidance Toolkit. It will improve digital and professional skills, train at least 25 career counselors, and support 75 job seekers in five countries. AI-powered accessibility tools will remove barriers to employment. The project will provide educational resources, piloting results, and policy recommendations to support long-term adoption in VET and employment services.
