The motivation for this project comes from the needs we have identified while working with vulnerable youth, where the lack of financial literacy is especially evident. Recognizing that financial literacy is a complex topic, Youth FiLE addresses it holistically with a mix of methods. These include trainings, an AI-powered platform, gamified board games played in person, social media challenges, and microlearning, all designed to support youth workers and youth with different learning styles.

The project will develop financial literacy training programs for youth workers, including a comprehensive guide and interactive resources. It will create an AI-powered platform, integrate digital youth work, design a hands-on board game, and organize financial literacy hackathons. Awareness campaigns, microlearning, and social media challenges will engage young people. International mobilities for youth workers and young people will also be organized to strengthen learning and collaboration.

The project will result in a financial literacy framework tailored to youth and youth workers, supported by digital learning platforms, an AI chatbot, and gamified tools. It will contribute to greater digital transformation in youth work, improve youth work methodologies, and foster inclusive financial education. By integrating these resources into youth organizations and policy discussions, the project will increase awareness, drive long-term impact, and ensure financial empowerment.
