▶Objectives
Our project aims to promote active citizenship, common values and inclusion in the field of youth by: Developing a learning community (LC) of 30 youth workers and leaders on non-formal education methodologies and on feminist topics. Increasing the level of awareness on feminist topics among 3200 young people from 4 countries and 10,000 through an online campaign. Building capacity of partners to use diverse non-formal education methodology to engage meaningfully young people in feminist topics.
▶Activities
5 national trainings on the topic for 50 youth workers and leaders. 1 international training for the LC on methodologies. A transnational caravan with 7 stops in 4 countries where the LC attends workshops, organises public film screenings for the local youth and conducts street activities. The journey ends at the Feminist Film Festival in Bucharest. 5 national dissemination activities using the new toolbox made throughout the project. One online campaign with one short film.
▶Impact
Development of a LC more capable of leading awareness-raising campaigns and activities and with more knowledge and understanding of feminist topics. Meeting of various forms of engagement in feminism through workshops with local stakeholders. Creation and use of the open-source toolbox. Engaging national dissemination activities. Awareness-raising through an online campaign and a short film promoting gender equality and feminist topics.
