▶Objectives
The project aims to enhance employability through the acquisition of AI skills among adults ,especially those facing any kinds of difficulties, improved digital literacy, and career flexibility. Through education on job searching with AI, automation, and tailored learning, the learners will be able to effectively access the digital labor market, become competitive, and acquire career resilience through staying up-to-date in the digital labor market.
▶Activities
The project will develop an online ebook with simple and applicable guidance to adults on utilizing AI in enhancing their career. Training in Sofia will be conducted to expose the participants to initial AI skills necessary for career progression. There will also be online training in English conducted for all three countries partners to facilitate knowledge sharing. The video will be later on freely accessible online. Local dissemination events will ensure other effective knowledge sharing.
▶Impact
The project will enable adults regardless their backgrounds with hands-on experience in using AI for professional development. Training in Sofia will directly help 30 participants to significantly improve their position on the labour market thanks to their newly gained knowledge. The participants of online training and local meetings will learn the basics of the topic and will ge familiar with freely accessible eBook. The online training will be later accessible on Youtube.
