We want to strengthen digital readiness and resilience of adult e-educators and training professionals to sustain their long term motivation in e-teaching environments, so as to effectively interact with different age groups of online learners and to achieve their learning objectives. We also want to create a peer-to-peer support network and to put the topic of well-being of e-educators into public agenda, as well as to introduce vidcasts and comic strips as innovative online educational tools.
