Workplace INclusion and Diversity Training and Campaigning for Professionals in the Private Sector and VET providers

The objectives of WIN: - Promote, encourage and improve the inclusion of people with disabilities in the productive life of society via education on UDL and workplace accessibility for VET providers and employers. - Address employment barriers faced by people with disabilities by contributing to “Personal, social and learning to learn” key competence development among target groups; - Promote social inclusion and diversity using a combination of digital, innovative learning spaces and networking

Conduct research on existing practices in the field of building inclusive VET and workplaces & application of the UD/L. Develop and test 3 TPs on improving inclusion and accessibility – for VET providers, for employers (managers, HR decision-makers) and for people with disabilities in VET. The TPs will have micro-learning online versions and will be developed and delivered with people with disabilities. Conduct networking and workshops for stakeholders for sustainability and greater impact.

Research on existing good practices in the field of inclusive VET & workplaces as well as application of UD/L. 3 TPs on improving inclusion and accessibility developed and tested together with people with disabilities for the three project target groups, using the micro-learning approach. In-company inclusion workshops for a wider outreach among corporate staff. Conducted networking activities with all interested stakeholders to reach win-win solutions for the public-private social contract.
