▶Objectives
Advancement of educational skills, knowledge & best practices in midwifery educators regarding students’ maternity care-related traumatic (MCT) & morally distressing (MD) experiences in clinical placement. Objectives include (I) Developing a comprehensive knowledge base & a digital educational tool to enhance awareness, understanding & guidance on MCT & MD, (II)Strengthening educators’ ability to effectively educationally & practically support students/peers to cope with MCT & MD experiences.

Activities to: A1-enhance educators' understanding of students' MCT & MD experiences, development of best practices & creation of an online knowledge-sharing platform. A2-facilitatate students' online interactions to recognize & describe MCT & MD & facilitate feedback to educators A3- enhance midwife-mentors' skills to address MCT & MD experiences & support distress students/peers. A4-to engage all participants in cross-national discussions of best practices to explore similarities & differences
