Objectives

The PRAISE project aims to enhance digital education by equipping pre-service teachers with essential programming, AI, and robotics skills, addressing the growing need for digital competencies in an increasingly digitalised world. Through innovative training and open-access resources, the project seeks to improve teacher competencies, foster inclusive and sustainable teaching practices, and promote the effective integration of these subjects into school education.

Activities

The project will implement a comprehensive AI, programming, and robotics curriculum, including curriculum modules, online activity book, and digital resources. Pre-service teachers will engage in hands-on training, pilot implementations in partner institutions, and collaborative international activities. Dissemination events, social media campaigns, and the open-access platform will support knowledge-sharing, ensuring broad outreach, long-term adoption, and scalability across education systems.

Impact

PRAISE will deliver an open-access AI, programming, and robotics curriculum, featuring an online activity book, training modules, video tutorials, and digital resources. It will enhance educators' digital skills, promote inclusive and sustainable teaching practices, and support cross-border collaboration through EU education platforms. The project will contribute to the long-term integration of AI and robotics in teacher training and school education across Europe.
