▶Objectives
Our project aims to enhance student engagement in educational competitions by modernizing the Pangea competition through the Kvizio platform. We seek to increase participation from smaller schools, improve mathematical literacy, and reduce the environmental impact by digitizing processes. Our objectives include simplifying competition organization, inspiring teachers to innovate their mathematics classes, and preparing a plan for further expansion of Kvizio to accommodate other competitions.
▶Activities
We will significantly enhance the Kvizio digital platform by researching user feedback and trends, ensuring it meets diverse needs. Key activities include organizing webinars for teachers, building partnerships with schools to increase participation, and collaborating with Pangea organizers in Lithuania and Czechia. We will also conduct pilot tests, gather insights for improvements, and implement a comprehensive dissemination strategy to share results and best practices.
▶Impact
A Kvizio platform that enhances the Pangea competition for over 12,000 students in Lithuania and 80,000 in Czechia. A report based on user feedback in Czechia. A detailed analysis of system needs in Lithuania for the new digital solution. At least 120 teachers are inspired by webinars featuring STEM content for their classes. Established connections with representatives of other competitions, resulting in a concrete plan to expand Kvizio beyond Pangea in the future.
