▶Objectives
The project fosters innovation in vocational education by enhancing digital readiness, resilience, and sustainability skills of VET teachers, students, and kitchen staff. It strengthens capacity building and knowledge transfer among partners, equipping them with digital tools and methodologies. Through training sessions, it promotes sustainable cooking practices, contributing to climate action and modernizing VET with innovative approaches.
▶Activities
The project includes developing a digital educational tool with a recipe database and CO₂ calculator, delivering three training sessions on sustainable cooking, and fostering networking through webinars, consultations, and a Toulavý Bus excursion. It also includes dissemination through social media, professional networks, and events to ensure impact and adoption of sustainable cooking practices in vocational education.
▶Impact
The project will develop a digital educational tool with methodologies for plant-based ad local recipes and a CO₂ calculator. Three training sessions will equip 41 participants with sustainable cooking skills. 150 participants will use digital tools at "Zelená škola Day." 3 webinars, 15 online posts, and 3 consultations will support long-term knowledge-sharing. The project strengthens capacity building and knowledge transfer among partners and educators in the VET sector and beyond.
