▶Objectives
The project aims to encourage and empower highly qualified women with refugee backgrounds to plan and pursue a career path of their choice, ultimately enabling them to work in professions on the European job market that align with their qualifications, experiences, and competencies. We seek to implement a holistic training programme where the women are active participants, placing a strong emphasis on their agency and ability to take initiative.

1. Design of the training programme 2. Recruitment of participants, coaches, and teaching staff 3. Detailed planning of the training programme and implementation of workshops & coaching sessions 4. Evaluation of the training programme and preparation for dissemination of results 5. Dissemination of results, online conference and written reports
▶Impact
A needs-based training programme that supports highly qualified refugee women in their professional integration. Participatory methods are used to empower women to actively pursue their career goals and utilise networks. The project results are communicated to stakeholders in adult education, employment agencies and companies in order to promote similar programmes. In the long term, the project contributes to social and professional participation.
