The DEIWork project promotes workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion by providing small and medium-sized enterprises with tailored learning modules and a mentoring program. Specifically, the project intends to equip 150 managers or employees with DEI skills through online learning and webinars and initiate DEI mentoring programs in at least 25 SMEs by the project's end in March 2026. The goal is to foster inclusive, equitable work environments that reflect EU values.

The project will implement several structured activities to achieve its objectives. These include developing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion learning modules, conducting six webinars for the target participants, and organizing a comprehensive DEI mentoring program for SMEs. Additionally, three transnational project meetings will be held to ensure effective planning, evaluation, and closure, while a DEI panel will gather key stakeholders to promote the initiative and its results.

The project expects to make a significant impact by enabling 150 participants from diverse backgrounds to complete DEIfocused training and start mentoring initiatives in 25 SMEs. These efforts will increase inclusivity and equitable practices within these organizations, contributing to long-term change in corporate cultures. Furthermore, the project’s results will be disseminated across Europe, promoting the adoption of DEI practices in similar organizations.
