▶Objectives
The project will provide solutions to common problems of the shortage of skilled workers & the work area of child day care in Germany & the Netherlands within the framework of a cross-border concept. The transnational training of professionals & their strengthening on the international / cross-border 360-degree labor market will help to 1.counteract the shortage of skilled workers & 2.strengthen professionals & their skills (inclusion,diversity,resilience) in order to secure them in the region.
▶Activities
Targeted, transnational measures will be implemented such as training on inclusion, diversity & diversity, movement training for heterogeneous daycare groups. Internships, a symposium for trainees/specialists promote professional exchange/ conceptual approach. The provision of e-learning modules strengthens skills & imparts specialist knowledge across borders. Digital complaint management & effective time management improve work structures & relieve the burden on specialists in the long term.
▶Impact
The project empowers (potential) childcare professionals from Germany and the Netherlands by provision of a clear attitude towards inclusion, diversity. Furthermore, it ensures sustainable, inclusive child protection. It improves the professional competences of childcare workers by equipping them with practical skills (toolbox) that enable them by cooperation in innovative, transnational, pedagogical approaches; opening up new opportunities for professionals on the cross-border labour market.
