▶Objectives
The project will equip HR managers and VET trainers in the HR field with the skills needed to properly and ethically use AI in HR processes [HR planning, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance appraisals and management, offboarding]. The goal is to support them create safe, inclusive and yet productive working environments, harnessing the power of Minecraft games to embed new practices in workplaces, support work-based learning and foster skills retention.
▶Activities
To achieve the main goal, HR-AI will create: 1. A training guide for HR managers about how to use AI for safe, inclusive and productive environments 2. A Minecraft game simulating real AI-enabled HR processes for participants to put their skills into action and retain them in the long-run 3. A framework of microcredentials to recognize the skills and knowledge acquired by HR managers & HR VET trainers 4. A strategy to establish the continuous improvement of the project even after its completion

What HR-AI expects to achieve is; 1.Increased knowledge and skills among HR managers & VET trainers in proper use of AI for HR processes 2.Improved HR practices leading to safer, more inclusive and more productive working environments that will enhance the satisfaction and retention of employees leading to higher productivity and profitability for businesses 3.A sustainable framework for continuous improvement and ongoing support to participants fostering the creation of cross-sectoral synergies
