▶Objectives
The ESG4VET project aims to empower VET TRAINERS and other professionals in the labour market via a validated upskilling programme to promote sustainable change through the adoption of ESG strategies. It seeks to enhance green skills, promote digital transformation, and foster eco-friendly and inclusive practices within SMEs. By developing tailored tools and resources, the project aspires to cultivate responsible, sustainable behaviors and advocate for social justice in communities
▶Activities
The following activities will be implemented: WP2: Onsite visits to ESG good examples and Podcasts with relevant experts WP4: Transnational train the trainers-C1, Blended National Training with VET TRAINERS WP5: Exploitation Workshops for pilot-testing with selected SMEs, Open Consultations with stakeholders for policy-reform

WP2: Transnational Mapping tool, validated Professional Development Course as per the Micro-credentials’ methodology WP3: Action plans, Index, Advocacy Pack WP4: AI-powered Tool for ESG compliance, E-platform WP5: Dissemination and Exploitation Pack, Sustainability Pack, Memorandum of Cooperation to be signed among SMEs, stakeholders, NGOs etc. The profiles of all beneficiaries are expected to be strengthened with ESG related competences to drive sustainable development
