The project aims to educate pupils on sustainable cooking practices, raise awareness about local and organic farming, and reduce food waste. The project will develop practical tools such as a scalable Green Kitchen Guide with a CO2 calculator. By involving local food producers, and restaurants in educational activities, the project aims to promote sustainable practices within the community and create a lasting positive impact on sustainability education and community engagement.

Development of educational resources, including a Green Kitchen Guide and a CO2 calculator, will provide practical advice on sustainable cooking practices and help pupils understand and reduce their carbon footprint. Hands-on cooking sessions on sustainability will offer practical training on reducing food waste and using local, organic ingredients. Professional development sessions for teachers will equip them with the knowledge and skills to integrate sustainability into their curriculum.
