This small-scale project combines professional development of teachers with ESG reporting management techniques, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement that benefits both teachers and students in VET and universities. - Improved teaching efficiency and effectiveness - A culture of continuous improvement within the VET schools - Enhanced professional development and job satisfaction for teachers - Better learning experiences for students through more efficient and focused teaching methods.

We are starting the project by making: - Study of ESG reporting teaching methods in partner countries - Sharing best practices on ESG reporting teaching among partners After that we will develop ESG reporting Learning Workshops We will develop these, test them and develop a ESG reporting teaching programme. We shall ask feedback from teachers and students and improve the tools and practices consequently.

As a result of the project we shall have a ESG reporting teaching programme for VET providers and companies and shared knowledge of ESG reporting way of teaching and learning. Concrete project results will be: - Study of ESG reporting teaching methods in partner countries - ESG training course and training material for VET teachers - Portfolio of best ESG reporting practices - Pedagogical ESG reporting teaching tools for teachers - Evaluation report of the ESG reporting teaching programme
