The GREEN START project aims to empower marginalized women by equipping them with green, digital, and community building skills. It seeks to enhance the competencies of adult educators in delivering this empowerment and foster sustainable community initiatives. The project will promote social inclusion, environmental awareness, and digital literacy, ensuring long-term positive impact on both the women and their communities.

โ–ถActivities

The GREEN START project will implement a series of activities including the development of the GREEN START Handbook following by international training for adult educators, training and mentoring sessions for marginalized women on green, digital, and community-building skills; GREEN START community-led actions; recommendations for policy makers; and GREEN START Festivals. These activities will be supported by transnational meetings to ensure collaboration and sustainability.

โ–ถImpact

The GREEN START project seeks to empower 60 marginalized women with green, digital, and community-building skills, enhance the competencies of 9 adult educators, and foster sustainable community initiatives. Key results include the creation of the GREEN START Handbook, policy recommendations, 90 participants involved via women-led community actions, 60 participants in GREEN START festivals, and the involvement of 10,000+ stakeholders through dissemination efforts.
