The project aims to empower migrants and refugees by providing them with entrepreneurial skills and rural employment opportunities, fostering economic inclusion and sustainable development. It connects migrants’ talent with labour shortages, revitalising rural areas through socially responsible enterprises. By promoting EU values of inclusion, equality and active citizenship, it strengthens cohesion, diversity and innovation in rural areas, ensuring long-term economic resilience.

The project will deliver an interactive online training programme on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and sustainability, tailored to rural opportunities. Participants will receive mentorship, peer support, and networking opportunities. A practical guide will document methodologies and success stories for scalability and replication. A final event will connect migrants, investors, and policymakers, fostering collaboration and promoting EU values of inclusion and rural development.
▶Impact
The project will train 40-50 migrants and refugees, equipping them with entrepreneurial skills and access to rural employment, fostering at least five sustainable businesses to boost local economies and inclusion. A practical guide will consolidate methodologies and best practices, ensuring replication across Europe. A final event will connect participants with investors, policymakers, and rural stakeholders, promoting EU values of inclusion, equality, and sustainable rural development.
