Objective 1: Offer psychoeducational workshops for migrants and refugees in Spain and Greece, focusing on life skills like stress management, problem-solving, and resilience. Objective 2: Engage local therapists and other volunteers to lead activities that foster community bonds and civic engagement, to build an inclusive environment. Objective 3: Raise awareness of migrants' rights through targeted campaigns, promoting inclusion and understanding among the Greek and Spanish population.

A1: Manage general project tasks. A2: Coordinate project activities, provide psychoeducation and therapy training, and finalize planning. A3: Conduct group wellbeing activities and individual psychoeducational workshops to build resilience, along with additional activities to improve emotional regulation. A4: Execute awareness campaigns, educate on the importance of psychoeducation and inclusion, and disseminate findings. A5: Promote achievements, reflect on outcomes, & plan future initiatives
