We aim to provide participants with practical training in collaborative innovation methodologies, strengthening their problem-solving skills and promoting community participation. Additionally, we seek to ensure the sustainability and replicability of these practices by creating a toolbox that facilitates the application of the knowledge acquired by other communities and educational institutions across Europe.

We will implement activities such as mapping local stakeholders to identify and connect key actors, and co-creation workshops to design solutions for local challenges. We will develop a toolbox with practical guides and examples of best practices to replicate the approach, and we will organize a hybrid dissemination event to share the results and foster collaboration beyond the project.

We expect to create a practical toolbox for replicating collaborative innovation methods, enhancing community networks and active stakeholder engagement. Participants will gain practical skills in co-creation and problem-solving. The project will develop relevant solutions to local challenges, promote community empowerment, and ensure that the methodologies are sustainable and can be applied in other contexts.
