Management, Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Regular meetings, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure effective project execution and alignment with objectives. Bootcamp on Self-care and Inclusion: A 3-day intensive training to equip practitioners with knowledge and tools on inclusion, resilience, and self-care practices to improve their work with vulnerable groups. ▶Impact
The project will enhance the competencies of 18 professionals working with vulnerable populations, such as youth at risk, refugees, and minorities, immigrants focusing on project writing and integrating inclusion and diversity into their work. Participants will engage in a 4-day Bootcamp on self-care and inclusion, a 2-day Hackathon to create actionable project ideas, and a coaching program for implementing those ideas. Ongoing mentorship will track progress, ensuring sustained impact.
