Objectives

Via STEM practices in language education, it is aimed to create an alternative educational context that will motivate students to gain the digital, scientific, and communicative skills required by the 21st century and to make them fluent in English. In the STEM and language education union, the software/hardware, materials/methods/techniques required to gain suitable competencies for the age of knowledge and innovation will be ensured via differentiated and enriched activities

Activities

We’ll organize 4 mobilities including 1 etwining project, meetings, events, and training activities to reach the project’s goals. In the first mobility, the teachers will hold a meeting for project management, and they receive training to prepare the lesson activities. The other 3 mobilities will include the implementation/evaluation of the activities with students and the trainings for them. Lesson activities will be prepared as an ebook and published on the project website, etwining portal

Impact

3D modeling,programming languages,diversification in teaching,puppet making,e-book that contains the English lesson’s activities’ which are integrated with STEM,project film,all products’ translated versions to 4 languages are some of activities for as the main outputs/results.Thus,providing innovative/creative trainings and materials,acquiring 21st century skills such as fluent speaking in English,digital competence,cooperation,problem solving,awareness,leadership etc. are the main benefits
