AIMS seeks to modernise medical education by integrating AI skills, ethics, and digital competencies into curricula. The project aims to prepare students and educators for AI-driven healthcare, ensuring responsible and effective use of AI in medical practice. By equipping medical professionals with essential AI knowledge, AIMS enhances patient care, clinical decision-making, and medical research.
▶Activities
AIMS will develop a Synergy Matrix, Competence Framework, Teaching Kit, and Digital AI Course. These resources will provide real-world AI applications, ethical guidelines, and hands-on training for medical students and educators. Activities include expert collaboration, curriculum updates, AI-based simulations, workshops, and pilot testing to ensure the effective adoption of AI competencies in medical education across multiple institutions.
