Objectives

WOVEN, Work Opportunities for Vulnerables Environments aims to: Improve the understanding of the GREENCOMP for VET teachers through creative and digital methods. Align VET education towards the professional field of adaptation to climate change, protecting vulnerables communities in rural regions. Increase job opportunities by developing a professional rural network. Promote VET students as climate change professional agents to enhance the resilience of vulnerable environments.

Activities

The main activities will be organized in these packages: WP 1 Transversal Management WP 2 – Learning Materials and training in GREENCOMP. WP 3 - Opportunities to prevent climate impacts in vulnerable environments. WP 4 – Professional Network for Climate Adaptation in Rural Areas. WP 5 – VET Students into Practice.

Impact

The results will be: R1- Development of creative training materials to facilitate the understanding of the greencomp R2- Theoretical analysis and a practical demonstration on the improvement of work opportunities in the field of adaptation to climate change. R3- Professional Rural Network to improve the employment opportunities of VET students. R4- Internships, practices and exchanges of experiences for VET students with the collaboration of professionals.
