Objectives

HABIT strengthens VET training for healthcare and social professionals by introducing the IMPACT Approach, which fosters person-centred, community-based care across European settings. Using a participatory process, it develops training curricula, digital tools, and interdisciplinary learning experiences to enhance collaboration and social inclusion. By engaging community care facilitators, agents, and VET students, HABIT improves community care and ensures sustainable, scalable models.

Activities

HABIT will develop training programs, curricula, and digital learning resources for VET students and professionals, based on the IMPACT Approach. Activities include training sessions, online and in-person workshops, piloting actions and the creation of a Knowledge Hub for resource sharing. The project will also engage stakeholders through events and policy dialogues, ensuring scalability and institutional integration in education and healthcare systems.

Impact

HABIT will produce a standardized training curriculum, digital learning materials, and guidelines to support the IMPACT Approach and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration. The HABIT Knowledge Hub will ensure long-term access to training resources. Policy recommendations will promote institutional adoption. The project’s impact will be seen in VET education enhancement, professional upskilling, and improved integration of healthcare and social services.
