The project aims to improve the health and well-being of crew members by promoting good digital hygiene practices. It will provide tools and resources to manage digital devices in a way that supports physical and mental health. Ultimately, the project seeks to create a safer, healthier work environment for maritime workers.

We expect the project to improve crew members' health and well-being by better managing digital devices.
