▶Objectives
The profession of agricultural producer is today facing a crisis of vocation and a crisis of confidence among populations. The project was built around these issues with two main objectives: the first objective is to provide producers with the keys to promoting their profession and their products on a local and European scale. The second objective is to reintegrate producers into local life by raising awareness among the general public of the challenges of the producer profession.
▶Activities
In response to the two objectives, one mobility by partner will be organized in order to conduct training and share good practices. In addition, to meet the first objective, training in English and marketing will be offered. For the second objective, communication actions, presentation of producers and the profession aimed at the general public and residents will be carried out in order to reconnect these two groups.
▶Impact
The project aims for several results. The most important of those is to make farmers proud of their profession, and to allow them to obtain new skills for their professional development. In addition, the project aims to make farmers active participants in civic life at both the local and European levels in order to reduce the feeling of isolation present among producers. Finally, the project aims to raise awareness among the general public about land-based professions and their challenges.
