▶Objectives
The project aims to structure a European Network of Social and Solidarity Industries (REISS) to support the development of small and medium-sized social industries. It is based on three objectives: mapping industrial capacities in France and Belgium, testing a support methodology for industrialization, and creating a REISS charter to unite a European network.
▶Activities
The project aims to structure a European network of social industries by supporting their industrialization. It begins with a study of social industrial capacities in France and Belgium through surveys and interviews. A support framework will be designed and tested with pilot structures. Finally, a network charter will be co-developed with European partners to lay the foundation for sustainable cooperation at the European level.
▶Impact
The expected outcomes of the project are: a mapping of the industrial capacities of the ESS in France and Belgium, a validated framework for its industrialization, a REISS charter bringing together support organizations, strengthened links between ESS and traditional industries to drive the ecological transition and better integration into plans such as the Clean Industrial Deal, as well as a European dynamic promoting network expansion and new multilateral cooperation initiatives.
