▶Objectives
The final objective of our project would be for young people to feel better in their school, to be “happy” to come to school and thus improve their academic results. By working on the school climate, we will implement actions that involve learners, parents and the educational team. We will work on the areas that make up “school climate” according to its definition and implement actions through a logical framework by evaluating them.

Activities (Gantt chart): 1/ Development of the strategic plan (video meeting) 2/ Meeting of partners in the country carrying the project (France) 3/ Intermediate assessment (video meeting) 4/ Definition of actions to be taken to improve the school climate (meeting in Finland) 5/ Intermediate assessment (video meeting) 6/ Project review (meeting in Romania) Through the various activities of the project, we took into account the 4 pillars supported by Erasmus+.
▶Impact
Following the reflection times and the actions that will be implemented by the project partners, the results will allow us to validate or not our theory; that a better school climate has a positive impact on student success. All components of the school climate (educational team, bullying, school violence, etc.) will be tomorrow's topics that we can use to move towards establishments where students and adults feel better.
