▶Objectives
The project aims to promote the employability of young NEETs in the professional sector of sustainable mobility: it combines the issue of inclusion of disadvantaged groups with the opportunities offered by the cycle professions, a booming sector. The project also aims to educate these young people about the challenges of sustainable mobility and to pass on to them a civic and European culture that promotes their professional integration.
▶Activities
The project involves designing six innovative educational programmes, adapting their educational methodology to young NEETs and implementing them in three pilot countries (France, Spain and Romania). The programmes will be operated in such a way as to measure their impact on beneficiaries, analyse their efficiency, encourage the participation of young NEETs and maximise the sustainability of the digital content designed post-project via an e-learning platform.
▶Impact
The project reaches 90 young NEETs through 6 pilot programmes. These projects are also aimed at wider dissemination to public and semi-public bodies, NGOs and companies employing people in the cycle sector, who will in turn be able to recruit the project's beneficiaries. Partner foundations enable the consortium to guarantee a concrete service for beneficiaries while ensuring a lasting legacy that is transferable on a larger scale.
