▶Objectives
The goal of the project is to develop intercultural competencies for people working with refugees and migrants, as well as to design innovative approaches in working with this vulnerable group. We want to create a socially responsible integration model and participate in building an intercultural society that fosters openness, tolerance and solidarity, where asylum seekers, persons under international protection and foreign workers feel safe and welcome
▶Activities
Together with our partner organization, we will design an innovative digital handbook and presentations on the topic of intercultural competencies and create a new digital platform for their presentation. We will organize workshops and conferences to disseminate the results. Additionally, we will produce a video showcasing good practices in the participating organizations, promoting interculturality and volunteerism. The handbook, presentations, and video will be translated into English.
▶Impact
We will successfully educate 120 individuals from participating and other organizations working with refugees and migrants, 70 of whom will successfully apply newly acquired knowledge and skills to improve the quality of their work. We expect a minimum of 300 downloads of the handbook and presentations on digital platforms and the signing of 70 new volunteer agreements. Representatives of 15 organizations from 5 European countries will participate in the 2 conferences.
