▶Objectives
The project enhances vocational training by equipping future healthcare staff with essential AI skills. The three main objectives are as follows: (1) Enable healthcare professionals to craft effective prompts and to analyse, interpret, and communicate AI-generated results, (2) Adapt healthcare professionals to rapidly evolving AI technologies, (3) Equip healthcare professionals with soft skills for effective and ethical AI integration.
▶Activities
The Future of Healthcare project plans to implement all activities leading to the preparation of the main results. Starting with the focus groups, the partnership will be able to propose FoH Framework, which later will be used to development of the FoH Platform, and organisation of VET workshops. The training will offer modules on: 1. AI fundamentals, 2. AI tools in healthcare, 3. Data analysis and management, 4. Ethical and legal aspects, 5. AI tools evaluation, 6. Communication and teamwork.
▶Impact
The main results of this project are: - FoH Framework, that will be a structured document containing an evidence-based, comprehensive methodology that will define essential future skills for healthcare professionals working with AI-enabled technologies. - FoH Platform, which will offer a training on 6 modules (AI and soft skills). - VET workshops, that will put the FoH Framework and the FoH Platform into test with target groups.
