NYE empowers neurodivergent young entrepreneurs by removing barriers to business creation through accessible, inclusive training and mentorship. It develops a pan-European neuroinclusive entrepreneurship model, equipping 500+ neurodivergent youth with business skills, training 50+ youth works and enterprise educators to ensure systemic change. The project will embed long-term support structures into youth work, enterprise networks, and share learnings with policymakers.

NYE will conduct needs analysis, co-creation workshops, and pilot business incubators to shape a neuroinclusive entrepreneurship model. It will develop 20+ microlearning modules, a digital learning platform, and mentorship system, tested in Entrepreneurship Labs across four countries. Educators and mentors receive specialist training, while EU-wide dissemination, policy engagement, and an alumni network ensure sustainability

NYE delivers Europe’s first open access neuroinclusive entrepreneurship model for youth, training 500+ neurodivergent youth and equipping 50+ educators with specialist toolkits. It creates a fully accessible digital learning platform, an alumni network, and engages 100+ policymakers to integrate neuroinclusive entrepreneurship into EU business policies, ensuring long-term sustainability.
