We aim to empower teachers and school leaders to effectively integrate AI through a flexible, design thinking approach. The project fosters inclusive, future-ready classrooms, strengthens digital readiness, and addresses diverse learner needs. By piloting AI in makerspaces, language learning, and UDL-based activities, we develop sustainable, evidence-based models driving real educational innovation across participating schools and beyond.
