Objectives

The project's objectives are: 1) Develop real knowledge and provide effective work tools to improve digital skills in the management of NGO; 2) Acquire experience and good practices in planning, implementation and evaluation of the best technological services: knowledge and identification of the most appropriate tools for your organization, choice of platforms, team building, identification of stakeholders; 3) Professionalize data analysis activities in NGO. 4) Train "digital mentors" for NGO.

Activities

Firstly, each partner conducts a comprehensive needs assessment survey within their respective territories to identify the training requirements of local associations. Following this, the second phase entails collaborative training sessions, focusing on digital skill development tailored to the identified needs and the contribuition of IT to green transition. Lastly, in the third phase, each partner disseminates the acquired knowledge and skills within local communities, fostering empowerment.

Impact

The desired impact is the improvement of knowledge, skills and attitudes to be more aware of the possibilities and capabilities of digital tools and data management methods. Other expected impacts are: - greater awareness of differences in cultural traits in different countries; - greater understanding and responsiveness to social and cultural diversity; - increase in the level of management capacity of NGOs; - involvement and development of local communities - awarness on green transition
