▶Objectives
The goal of this project is to empower startups and entrepreneurs by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into their operations, boosting efficiency and performance. It focuses on two key areas: - Upgrading Entrepreneurs' Skills: equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively access and use AI technologies - Strengthening VET Trainers' Capabilities: enhancing their skills that play a crucial role in developing tailored AI training programs to meet startups' specific needs.
▶Activities
The activities are: -Project Management and Coordination: to ensure efficient adherence to timing, budget and quality. -Training Material Production: design and develop a Massive Open Online Course (CreAI MOOC) and a kit containing examples and business case studies for entrepreneurs and professionals (CreAI Facilitator Kit). VET trainers will create AI programs for startups. -Testing and Dissemination: to ensure deliverable quality, while events will promote outcomes and raise AI adoption.
▶Impact
The project will achieve the following results: CreAI MOOC: a Massive Open Online Course guiding entrepreneurs in successfully incorporating AI tools into daily operations CreAI FACILITATOR KIT: providing trainers with valuable resources to support entrepreneurs in adopting AI CreAI TRAINING PROGRAM: equipping VET trainers with the technical expertise and methodological skills to assist startups and entrepreneurs in implementing effective tools and training initiatives on AI-related topics.
