Objectives

At present, creative women aged 50+ are grappling with significant barriers to professional reintegration. The project vision (goal) is to pioneer a sustainable learning and networking model for creative women 50+, an innovative approach that can help them re-enter in the job market. The specific objectives are: SO1: Developed Industry SPECIFIC SKILLS IN THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES. SO2: Establishing a Sustainable REVERSE MENTORSHIP Program for Women 50+ and a Professional NETWORK

Activities

We implement a structured and tailored training program on AI, digital marketing, e-commerce and soft skills, entrepreneurship in the cultural and creative sector. We will create an e-learning platform and organize a blended-training for 30 women 50+. After that, 15 women+ will be followed by a young mentor, who help them find a new job in the creative sector or to create their own business. A final mobility will create a network of creative and cultural industries (IT and MK)

Impact

The results of teh project will be: 80% (24 women 50+) achieve certification 25% of the participants use the skills they have acquired within the first six months - A new approach to mentorship (reverse), the younger generation of digital professionals teach women 50+ about digital skills, AI and e-commerce, and the older women share their knowledge and experience in the industry and business. - 50% (15 women 50+) engage in mentorship sessions actively.
