▶Objectives
The project aims to initiate a digital transformation process in the partner VET centers, enhancing their capacity to implement this transition in a conscious, safe, and ethical manner. This involves: • Developing comprehensive policies and procedures to manage the AI-driven digital transition; • Adopting an incremental approach by gradually introducing tailored AI-based solutions; • Promoting awareness-raising and community engagement to strengthen stakeholders’ agency
▶Activities
- Mapping organizational processes, defining AI transition plans, and establishing a monitoring system for AI implementation. - Advanced training for VET centers’ IT staff, co-creation of AI solutions, testing in VET institutions, and sharing and refining AI-based solutions across partners. - Implementation of local hackathons to foster AI innovation and creation of an AI tools catalog. - Developing the project toolkit, activating a community of practice, and organizing multiplier events.
▶Impact
(1) AI-based Digital Transition Plans for each VET centre, including a monitoring system for plan implementation; (2) an AI Ethics Compliance Tool AI to support the assessment of new AI-based digital solutions; (3) a collection of validated AI-based applications for different functional areas within VET institutions; (4) a Project Toolkit supporting the transferability of the project's good practices; (5) a Community of Practice (CoP) connecting educators, AI practitioners, and VET stakeholders
